  • Custom Orders: These may take longer based on the design and complexity. We’ll inform you of estimated timelines while confirming the order.

  • Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Delivery Timeline: Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3–10 business days, depending on your location and courier service.

  • Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has been shipped.

Returns & Replacements

Due to the handmade and customized nature of our resin products:

  • We do not offer returns, cancellations, or exchanges once an order is confirmed.

  • However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process a replacement:

  1. Email us at 📧 resinbymonika@gmail.com with your order number.

  2. Attach clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or store credit if the issue is valid and reported on time. Any requests raised after 48 hours of delivery will unfortunately not be accepted.

Note

  • Color variations, small bubbles, or texture differences are natural in resin art and are not considered defects.

  • Please ensure your delivery details are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for undelivered parcels due to incorrect addresses.
